Ingredients

12 oz cheese tortellini

1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled

1 cup pepperoni slices

1 cup diced cooked bacon

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup red onion, diced

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Meat Lovers Mixture: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the cooked Italian sausage, pepperoni slices, and diced bacon. Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes to heat through and allow the flavors to combine.

Add the Vegetables: Add the sliced mushrooms, green bell pepper, and red onion to the skillet. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

Combine with Pizza Sauce: Reduce the heat to low and pour in the pizza sauce. Stir in the garlic powder, oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until all ingredients are well combined and heated through.

Mix in the Tortellini: Gently fold the drained tortellini into the skillet with the meat and sauce mixture. Stir carefully to coat the pasta evenly.

Add Cheese: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the tortellini mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil if desired before serving.
