1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup unsalted butter

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

For the Cheesecake Layer:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons sour cream

Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or fruit preserves for topping

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.

    Prepare the Brownie Batter:

      - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and unsalted butter together. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the mixture is smooth.

        - Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Finally, mix in the vanilla extract.

          - Sift in the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Gently fold until just combined. Don’t overmix.

            Prepare the Cheesecake Batter:

              - In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the granulated sugar, mixing until well blended.

                - Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined, then stir in the sour cream until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
