Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

Cooking spray or melted butter for brushing

Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

      Prepare Chicken Mixture:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

          Prepare Biscuits:

Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly using your hands or a rolling pin to form a small disc.

              Assemble the Melts:

Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the biscuit over the filling to create a half-moon shape, pressing the edges to seal. You can also use a fork to crimp the edges for extra sealing.

                  Brush with Butter:

Place the assembled biscuit melts on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly brush the tops with melted butter or cooking spray to achieve a golden-brown color when baking.

                      Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

                          Garnish & Serve:

Once out of the oven, let the melts cool for a minute. Optionally, sprinkle fresh parsley or cilantro on top for a burst of flavor and color. Serve warm as a delightful appetizer or snack.
