Ingredients

2 cups cooked pasta (elbow macaroni or penne works best)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup marinara sauce (plus extra for dipping)

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Cooking spray (for greasing muffin tins)

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.

Prepare the Pasta Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, sliced pepperoni, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Fill the Muffin Tins: Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, fill each muffin cup with the pasta mixture, pressing it down lightly to ensure it holds its shape. You can fill each cup generously; the mixture should be just above the rim.

Bake in the Oven: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbling.

Cool and Remove: Once baked, remove the muffin tin from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Carefully run a small knife around the edges of each pasta pie bite and gently pop them out of the tin.

Serve: Arrange the Mini Pepperoni Pasta Pie Bites on a serving platter and serve warm with extra marinara sauce on the side for dipping. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.

Enjoy!: Dig in and savor the crispy, cheesy goodness of these delightful bites!
