1 package (20 oz) frozen hash brown patties

1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy, your preference)

6 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp paprika

12 King’s Hawaiian rolls (or similar sweet dinner rolls)

Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare Hash Brown Patties: Arrange the frozen hash brown patties in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside.

      Cook Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, crumble the breakfast sausage and cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease and set aside.

        Make the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In the same skillet used for the sausage (you can wipe it out if needed), pour in the egg mixture and scramble over medium heat until just set, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.

          Assemble the Sliders: Slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. On the bottom half of each roll, layer a hash brown patty, followed by a spoonful of the scrambled egg mixture, and a generous amount of cooked sausage. Place the top half of the rolls back on.

            Bake the Sliders: Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and cover them loosely with foil. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden.
