Mini Spaghetti & Cheese Noodle Nests

8 oz spaghetti

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp dried oregano

Salt & pepper to taste

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Spaghetti: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

    Mix the Cheese Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with shredded cheddar, grated Parmesan, eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the spaghetti is fully coated in the cheesy mixture.

      Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin lightly with cooking spray or oil.

        Form the Nests: Take a small handful of the spaghetti mixture and use your fingers to twist and nest it into the greased muffin tin slots. Make sure to create small nests, pressing the sides down but leaving the center a bit empty for the cheese to melt. Repeat until all the mixture is used up.

          Top (Optional): If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each nest for a crispy finish.

            Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the nests are golden and the cheese is bubbling.

              Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Gently lift the nests from the muffin tin using a butter knife or fork. Garnish with fresh parsley, if using, and serve warm.
