2 English muffins, split in half

1 can (5 oz) of tuna, drained

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (optional)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (or parsley)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)

Red pepper flakes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare Tuna Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mashed avocado, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro. Mix well until everything is evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
