Ingredients

1 package of wonton wrappers (about 36 wrappers)

1 can (5 oz) of tuna in water, drained

1 ripe avocado, mashed

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon lime juice

1 small green onion, finely chopped

1 small cucumber, finely diced

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Wonton Cups: Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Gently press each wonton wrapper into the muffin tin cups to shape them into small cups.

Bake the Wontons: Bake the wonton wrappers in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until they're crispy and golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Make the Tuna Filling: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the drained tuna, mashed avocado, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, soy sauce, lime juice, and chopped green onions. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Season: Taste the tuna avocado mixture and season with salt and pepper as needed.

Fill the Wonton Cups: Once the wonton cups have cooled, carefully spoon the tuna avocado mixture into each cup, filling them generously.

Add Cucumber: Top each filled wonton cup with a few diced cucumber pieces for added crunch.

Garnish: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.

Serve: Arrange the Mini Tuna Avocado Wonton Cups on a serving platter and serve immediately. Enjoy this delightful appetizer!
