Ingredients

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup melted coconut oil

1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup whipped cream cheese (or whipped coconut cream for a dairy-free option)

1/2 cup sliced strawberries

1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Chocolate syrup and maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, unsweetened cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture resembles wet sand.

Form the Base: Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish to form an even layer. Use a spatula to smooth it out. Place the dish in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.

Layer the Filling: Once the crust is set, remove the dish from the fridge. Spread the whipped cream cheese evenly over the top of the crust. Make sure to cover the entire surface.

Add the Toppings: Layer the sliced bananas, strawberries, and crushed pineapple evenly over the whipped cream cheese. If using walnuts, sprinkle them on top as well for some added crunch.

Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.

Serve: When ready to serve, cut the bars into squares. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and garnish each bar with a maraschino cherry.

Enjoy: Serve chilled and enjoy the refreshing taste of your No-Bake Banana Split Bars!
