1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup powdered sugar

¾ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup creamy peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Mix well until all dry ingredients are combined.

    Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in the melted unsalted butter, and mix until the crumb mixture becomes a wet sandy texture. If it’s too dry, add a little more melted butter until it holds together when pressed.

      Form the Base: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Pour the crumb mixture into the dish and press it down evenly with the back of a measuring cup or your hands to create a firm base.

        Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.

          Spread the Chocolate Layer: Pour the melted chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the graham cracker base and spread it evenly using a spatula.

            Add the Marshmallows: Sprinkle the mini marshmallows generously over the chocolate layer. You can press them down slightly if you prefer.

              Chill and Set: Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is firmly set.

                Cut and Serve: Once set, remove the bars from the dish using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares or rectangles and enjoy your delicious no-bake s’mores bars! For extra flair, you can toast some marshmallows on a skewer over an open flame and place one on each bar before serving.
