1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup beef broth

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Brown the Beef: In a large skillet or oven-safe pan over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula (approximately 5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease if necessary.

      Combine Ingredients: To the cooked beef, add the cooked rice, broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Stir everything together until well combined.

        Set the Base: Evenly spread the beef and broccoli mixture across the bottom of the skillet.

          Add Topping: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture.
