1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

    Sauté Broccoli: In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender.

      Make the Sauce: Lower the heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the skillet with the broccoli. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
