4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil, for garnish

Season the Chicken: Start by seasoning both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

    Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
