Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 2 tbsp)

1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled, adjust to taste)

1/2 cup chopped green onions (plus extra for garnish)

1/2 cup crumbled bacon

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or sliced veggies for serving

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Base Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

Add Cheeses: Stir in the shredded Pepper Jack cheese and mix until well incorporated.

Incorporate Chicken and Seasonings: Add the shredded chicken, ranch seasoning mix, diced jalapeños, green onions, and crumbled bacon. Mix all ingredients together until evenly distributed.

Taste and Adjust: Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired. You can also add more jalapeños for extra heat.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Spread the mixture into a baking dish (an 8x8 inch dish works well).

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and slightly golden on top.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with additional chopped green onions, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced veggies for dipping.
