Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

Graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels for dipping

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, and brown sugar. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the mixture on medium speed until smooth and creamy, approximately 1-2 minutes.

Add in the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, and salt. Continue to beat the mixture on medium speed until all the spices are fully incorporated, about another minute.

Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula until the dip is light and fluffy. Be careful not to overmix; you want to keep the dip airy and smooth.

Taste the dip and adjust sweetness or spices as desired.

Transfer the pumpkin cheesecake dip to a serving bowl and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.

Serve with graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels for dipping. Enjoy the creamy, fall-inspired deliciousness!
