Savory Breakfast Quiche

1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)

6 large eggs

1 cup of whole milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup diced bell pepper (any color)

1/2 cup diced onion

1 cup cooked and crumbled turkey sausage (or your choice of meat)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Crust: Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. Press it gently into the dish and trim any excess dough from the edges. Prick the bottom and sides with a fork to prevent bubbling.

      Sauté the Vegetables: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened (about 3-4 minutes). Add the chopped spinach until wilted, about another minute. Set aside to cool slightly.

        Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Stir in the sautéed vegetable mixture, cooked turkey sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled feta cheese until evenly distributed.

          Assemble the Quiche: Pour the egg and vegetable mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.

            Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.

              Cool and Serve: Allow the quiche to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
