4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: Season both sides of each chicken breast with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.

    Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet. Sear for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Sauté the Aromatics: In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
