2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

1 cup chicken broth

6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 medium onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

8 sandwich rolls (sub, brioche, or your choice)

Fresh arugula or spinach for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Slow Cooker: Start by placing the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.
