2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained

½ cup corn (canned or cooked)

1 avocado, sliced

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

½ cup chipotle ranch dressing (or your favorite dressing)

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Add the chicken breasts and coat them with the marinade. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

    Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. If using an outdoor grill, ensure it's clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

      Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Start by adding a layer of chopped romaine lettuce in the center of each tortilla. Top with sliced grilled chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, avocado slices, and a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese.
