Ingredients

1 cup fresh blueberries (for eyeballs)

1 cup lychee fruit (canned or freshly peeled and pitted)

1 cup pomegranate juice

3 cups lemon-lime soda or sparkling water

1 cup orange juice

1/2 cup fresh lime juice

1 cup pineapple juice

Ice cubes or spooky ice molds (optional)

Gummy eyeball candies for garnish (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Eyeballs: Take the lychee fruit and stuff a blueberry inside each one to create the spooky ‘eyeball’ effect. Set aside until ready to serve. If using gummy eyeball candies, these can be added directly into the punch bowl later.

Make the Punch Base: In a large punch bowl, combine the pomegranate juice, orange juice, and fresh lime juice. Stir thoroughly to combine the flavors.

Add the Fizz: Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda or sparkling water to add a fizzy element to your punch. Stir gently to mix, ensuring you don’t lose too much carbonation.

Mix in the Pineapple Juice: Add the pineapple juice to the punch and stir well. The combination of juices will give it a vibrant color and fruity flavor.

Add Eyeballs and Chill: Gently drop your prepared lychee-blueberry eyeballs into the punch. If you’re using spooky ice cubes or models, add them in as well. Chill the punch in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve: Just before serving, garnish the punch with fresh mint leaves and, if desired, some gummy eyeball candies scattered on top for an extra creepy touch. Serve in clear glasses to showcase the ‘eyeballs’ floating in the punch.

Enjoy the Spookiness: Encourage guests to help themselves and enjoy the delicious, festive, and spooky combination of flavors!
