Ingredients
  

2 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, and baby kale)

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

200g cooked salmon (grilled or baked), flaked

1/2 avocado, sliced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

1/4 cup toasted almonds or walnuts, roughly chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Dressing:

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

    Assemble the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed salad greens. Add the sliced strawberries, flaked salmon, avocado slices, and red onion.
