6 oz fettuccine pasta

6 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined

6 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil, for garnish

Zest of 1 lemon

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

    Sear the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Season the beef sirloin slices with salt and pepper. Sear the beef for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to your preference. Remove from skillet and set aside.

      Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add another 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside with the beef.

        Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the cherry tomatoes, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.

          Combine Ingredients: Pour in the heavy cream, stirring well to combine. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce begins to thicken. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add reserved pasta water until desired consistency is achieved.

            Toss Everything Together: Add the cooked fettuccine, seared beef, and shrimp to the sauce. Toss everything together until well coated. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, lemon zest, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.

              Serve: Divide the Surf & Turf Pasta into bowls, and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately, enjoy the rich flavors!
