Begin by preheating your grill or skillet over medium heat.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped cranberries, diced onion, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
Divide the turkey mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each into a slider patty, making them about 0.5 inches thick.
Place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the patties are fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
While the patties are cooking, spread a layer of softened cream cheese on the top half of each slider bun.
Once the turkey patties are done, place each patty on the bottom half of the slider buns.
If desired, add lettuce leaves for crunch and freshness.
Close each slider with the top half of the buns and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
