4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Salt and pepper to taste

8 ounces fresh burrata cheese

4 cups arugula or mixed greens

1/4 cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

    In a bowl, toss the halved peaches with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

      Place the peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes or until grill marks appear. Carefully flip and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until caramelized. Remove from the grill and set aside.

        Arrange a bed of arugula or mixed greens on a serving platter.

          Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place it over the greens, ensuring it looks rustic and inviting.

            Lay the grilled peaches on top of the greens and burrata.

              Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad and sprinkle with toasted walnuts.
