1 avocado, diced

Juice of 2 limes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

12 mini taco shells or tortilla cups (store-bought or homemade)

Optional: diced jalapeños for extra heat
