Ingredients

For the crust:

20 Oreo cookies

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the cheesecake filling:

16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

For the topping:

6 Oreo cookies, crushed

Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)

Whole Oreo cookies (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the crust: In a food processor, crush the 20 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs with the melted butter until well mixed and crumbly. Divide the mixture evenly among 6-8 clear cups or ramekins, pressing it down firmly to create a solid base.

Make the cheesecake filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined and fluffy.

Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and no streaks remain. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

Assemble the cheesecake cups: Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crusts in the cups, filling them about three-quarters full. Smooth the tops with a spatula.

Chill: Cover the cups with plastic wrap or lids and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to set.

Serve: Just before serving, sprinkle the crushed Oreos on top of each cheesecake cup. If desired, add a dollop of whipped cream and a whole Oreo cookie for garnish. Enjoy these delicious desserts!
